• Directly from you, when you fill out our website contact form, email us, or speak with us. Contact form submissions are sent directly to our business email and may be recorded in our internal records for future contact and booking purposes.

• During photography sessions, through the photos we take

• From your employer or company representative, if you are being photographed as part of a corporate booking they have arranged

We do not currently run email marketing campaigns. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and seek your consent where required before sending marketing communications.

Photographs taken during a session are primarily provided to you for your own use. We will only use your images for our own portfolio, website, social media, or marketing purposes if you have given separate, explicit consent, typically via a model release or consent form provided at the time of your session.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us, after which we will remove the relevant images from future use to the extent reasonably practicable, noting that we cannot retract material already published by third parties.

For corporate bookings, image usage rights between Keylight, the company, and individual employees are set out in the applicable service agreement and individual consent forms provided at the time of the shoot.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business, such as gallery hosting platforms, payment processors, email/booking tools, and website hosting providers

• Your employer, where a corporate booking has been arranged on your behalf and delivery of images or scheduling information is coordinated through them

• Legal or regulatory bodies, where required by law

Any third-party service providers we use are required to handle your information securely and only for the purposes we specify.
